Tenantwise advised Mr. William Buckley, Ambassador Van Galbreath, and the ownership group of the National Review Magazine on its acquisition of the converted residential townhouse at 150 East 35th Street which acted as its headquarters. Tenantwise initiated a transaction with the property owners, agreed on pricing, negotiated contracts, performed property due diligence and advised on bank financing. National Review ultimately did not move forward with the transaction although Tenantwise was compensated for its strategic acquisition advisory work.
